Imitations and fakes
In this case it is the "M" and two leaves of the logo that have been copied, the copy is the same also in the details: the position of the two leaves with the same superposition and incision at the base of the main sheet and M which is practically superposable.
Here label shape and leaves placed on the initial letter was copied even if this label is used on oranges and not on apples.
In the case of these 4 labels the M letter is imitated.
All Melinda stickers have a vertical wrinkle except the first series (1 to 4) and 13.

Varieties
During printing and cutting of stickers there is the possibility of formation of varieties. They are stickers that differ from the normal one for a few peculiarities that occur accidentally and
unintentionally. The stickers are pieces of paper or plastic printed in one or several colors and cut in a precise form. There may be colors that differ from the original, sometimes is the absence
of one of them or the register between one color and others. In other cases the cut is not in accordance with printing. Here few examples.

Imitations and fakes
Sometimes is possible to find on the market some labels imitated or faked.
The first, to attract the eye of the buyer, copy all or part of the characteristics of imitated labels. The counterfeiters copy the logo in full or partly. It has become a good way to use them for the reputation of the original.
The case of fakes is different. Fakers fully copy the sticker for use on fraudulent material of lower quality. Similarly of banknotes fakes it is very difficult, at first look, to distinguish fake from original. In 2003 it was found at Fondi (LT) some false tons of apples Melinda

In this case it is the "M" and two leaves of the logo that have been copied, the copy is the same also in the details: the position of the two leaves with the same superposition and incision at the base of the main sheet and M which is practically superposable.
Here label shape and leaves placed on the initial letter was copied even if this label is used on oranges and not on apples.
In the case of these 4 labels the M letter is imitated.
